Sofia. The New Acropolis Theatre & Poetry Group gave several philosophical theater performances on the streets of the capital city to celebrate World Philosophy Day.

Zagreb, November. Presentation of World Philosophy Day at the Book and Publishers Fair of Croatia.

Zadar (Croatia). Information Stand in one of the town's squares, dedicated to World Philosophy Day.

Rijeka (Croatia). Information booth dedicated to World Philosophy Day.

Varsaw. On the occasion of World Philosophy Day, New Acropolis organized various events: lectures, films, audiovisuals and workshops, including a documentary dedicated to the philosopher Aristotle.

Timisoara (Romania). On "World Philosophy Day" N.A. volunteers set up a small exhibition of posters to present how we understand philosophy today and the importance of putting it into practice, recovering the classical concept of its definition as "Love for Wisdom".

Samara (Russia). Among the activities dedicated to World Philosophy Day, a series of philosophical games were organized under the slogan "Young people versus the wise men", which attracted a large audience of children and young people.

NA center in Nizhni Novgorod. Games and philosophical contests for young people on World Philosophy Day.

Kaliningrad (Russia). Theater Evening with presentations relative to the theme "The happiness of being a Philosopher" during the celebration of World Philosophy Day.

St Petersburg (Russia). Philosophical games "We are looking for Man!", an activity for young people and adults on World Philosophy Day.

Bratislava (Slovakia). Open House Day organized at N.A.'s headquarters during "World Philosophy Day". Under the title "In search of lost symbols" a presentation of the cultural activities offered by New Acropolis was held, aimed at unravelling the meanings of symbols, a language for all times,.

Liubliana (Slovenia). On the occasion of World Philosophy Day NA held seven different lectures and set up two exhibitions: Papyrus of Ani and exhibition of photos with statues of mythological figures in the city. The papyrus - printed in full and measuring 32 meters - was exhibited at the events hall.

Kiev (Ukraine). Open Doors Day at the NA Center on the occasion of World Philosophy Day. President A. Musulin spoke on "The Relevance of Philosophy and Spiritual Values Today".

On World Philosophy Day, Professor Korablova Nadiya S. of the Philosophy Faculty at the National University in Kharkiv (Ukraine) gave a lecture on "Ukrainian Philosophical Thought" at NA headquarters.

Vienna. On "World Philosophy Day", New Acropolis set up an exhibition entitled "Weltethos" (Global Ethic). This event included a dialogue with representatives of different religions (Islam, Christianity and Buddhism) under the slogan "The Return of Philosophy", which dealt with timeless and universal ethics as unifiers of all beliefs.

Graz (Austria). Symposium entitled "Die Philosophie der Rückkehr" (The Return of Philosophy). In celebration of Philosophy World Day, New Acropolis organized a symposium on the importance of the return of philosophy in all aspects of our lives. This included a series of seminars and lectures as well as a performance of Plato's "Symposium".

Brussels. Professor Christoph Eberhard spoke before a large audience about "Responsibility and Courage" on World Philosophy Day.

As part of the celebration of World Philosophy Day, New Acropolis in Switzerland organized a visit to the Farinet path, a route of stained glass windows commemorating the mythical character of canton Valais, nicknamed the Swiss Robin Hood due to his human and spiritual values.

Lausanne (Switzerland). As part of the World Philosophy Day celebrations, New Acropolis organized a dinner-debate on the theme of Heroism, an important value for coping with the challenges of our time.

Spain. The "National Congress of Ancient Philosophy and Modern Science", jointly organized by UNESCO'S Association for Intercultural and Interreligious Dialogue in Malaga and New Acropolis in Spain, was held with great success. The event was supported by the Provincial Government of Malaga and several institutions and associations.

Philosophical Evening at Castellón (Spain). Students from the school of philosophy NA celebrated the anniversary of Plato with a "platonic dinner." It is the sixth consecutive year that it is celebrated and is dedicated to a specific theme or dialogue of the Greek philosopher.

Almeria (Spain). On the occasion of the celebration of World Philosophy Day, there was a panel discussion entitled "Contributions of philosophy for a world in crisis", with participants from the University, the Club Unesco and NA in Almeria.

Heraklion (Crete). For the World Philosophy Day, it was organized a "Philosophy Week" with special daily events and tributes on philosophical presentations, theatrical events, lectures and open discussions.

In the cycle "Dialogue with…" organized by New Acropolis L'Aquila (Italy) to mark World Philosophy Day, sponsored by UNESCO, a presentation was given about the life of Nelson Mandela and his fight against the apartheid. The last of these meetings was dedicated to Martin Luther King and his speech "I have a dream…"

Rome. To commemorate World Philosophy Day, sponsored by UNESCO and the City hall, New Acropolis organized a three-day festival on the theme of freedom, with theater performances, round table discussions, and an exhibition of comics, videos and "philosophy cafés".

Bologna (Italy). On World Philosophy Day, an event instituted by UNESCO and sponsored by the City Hall, N.A. organized a series of activities entitled "I'm going out... Are You?" based on Plato's Myth of the Cave. The director of the "Alexandria Project", Prof. Harry Costin, took part in this event with a large group of students and teachers from secondary schools.

London. On the occasion of World Philosophy day, New Acropolis organized a series of lectures on "Greece, Ancient and Modern", "The Spirit of Islam", "Pierre Hadot" and "Philosophy of History".

Israel. N.A. organized the congress "I have a dream" in celebration of the World Day of the Philosophy, in collaboration with outstanding figures of education and culture. With around 250 participants.

Mumbai (India). N.A. celebrated the World Philosophy Day at Oxford Bookstore (Mumbai). This first collaboration resulted in an eclectic audience, all driven by a common search for Wisdom.

Talca (Chile). During World Philosophy Day, various activities were carried out in the street by New Acropolis volunteers.

Toronto (Canada). During World Philosophy Day, a dialogue on the meaning of Plato's Myth of the Cave and its solutions to today's world.

Ottawa (Canada). During World Philosophy Day, New Acropolis organized an exhibit of philosophical panels followed by an interactive seminar including videos created by UNESCO on "In the heart of Philosophies, a united Humanity"

World Philosophy Day celebration at a park in Antigua Guatemala.

Tegucigalpa (Honduras). On the occasion of the celebration of the World Philosophy Day, an exhibition promoting Values in Society was held at a major Shopping Center. We interacted with the general public through the "Wheel of Values", and handed out small presents with philosophical quotes from the great thinkers of humanity.

Managua. During World Philosophy Day, a lecture entitled "The ABC of Happiness", based on the book by Philosopher Lou Marinoff, was offered at the university.

Guadalajara (Mexico). During World Philosophy Day, New Acropolis volunteers prepared an exhibition called "Greece Lives on" which was viewed by more than 400 visitors.
